Audit & consulting

To obtain A.G.G.E. certification, a facility and its operations are observed and analysed through a full audit. At every stage, A.G.G.E. auditors and consultants can support the facility.

The audit

Internal audit

The facility answers a set of questions covering all the structures and practices to be certified. The answers are analysed, then checks verify their consistency and accuracy.

External audit

The same audit is carried out on site by external auditors trained and accredited by A.G.G.E.

Remediation

Before, during or after the audit, A.G.G.E. consultants help the facility to correct the points that do not meet certification requirements.

Consulting

A.G.G.E. provides advice and expertise on the full range of issues related to old age, in home care and institutional care:

  • Strategy and organisation of home care.
  • Development plans for facilities caring for older people.
